Living with ongoing spinal discomfort can feel frustrating.
You may feel:
Most people who come to us for the Ring Dinger® have already tried everything else.
Painkillers. Physio. Massage. Maybe injections, or even talk of surgery.
Some have had a little relief. Many feel they've simply run out of options.
What they really want is an honest answer to one question:
“Is there another approach worth exploring?”
If that sounds familiar,
You’re not alone.
The Ring Dinger® is a specialist manual spinal decompression technique developed by Gregory Johnson of Advanced Chiropractic Relief in Houston, Texas.
Unlike machine-based traction, this is a precisely controlled manual decompression technique delivered by a specially trained chiropractor using a dedicated table setup.
The technique applies decompression through the Y-axis (head-to-toe direction) of the spine in one coordinated movement.
The goal is not simply to “crack” the spine.
The focus is on helping restore movement, reduce restriction, and improve how the spine functions as part of a broader care approach.
For appropriately selected patients, this may help support:
Every patient undergoes a thorough assessment before suitability is considered.
Many people considering this approach have:
The Ring Dinger® is not a miracle cure, and we'll never pretend it is.
And it is not appropriate for everyone.
But for carefully selected patients, it can be a powerful standalone treatment, or a valuable part of a structured chiropractic plan, helping them move forward with real confidence when other approaches haven't delivered.
Because recovery isn’t only about reducing discomfort,
it’s about helping you get back to what matters most.
People seeking assessment commonly present with:
Suitability is always determined through a detailed consultation and examination.
Not everyone is appropriate for this technique.
And we will always be honest about that.
We begin by understanding the bigger picture.
Your first appointment includes:
This helps us determine whether the Ring Dinger® is appropriate for your circumstances. If we cannot accept you as a patient, there will be no further charges. If you are suitable for care, treatment can begin the same day.
If suitable, care may begin the same day.
Your first treatment visit (£225 total) may include:
Follow-up visits (£150) are delivered on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Due to the efficacy of the ring Dinger, it is not necessary to place patients on longer term care plans.
Just clear, honest recommendations based on progress.
The Ring Dinger appears to produce quicker results than conventional chiropractic care in the majority of cases. Individual results will vary. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Visits can be scheduled once or twice a week if you are local.
If you are travelling from overseas or from out of the area, visits may be scheduled once or twice per day, for 2-3 consecutive days.
Your individual care plan will be discussed with your chiropractor, based on your own clinical needs, individual circumstances and goals.
The Ring Dinger® is not appropriate for everyone.
We do not perform this technique on patients with:
We do not treat patients over 65 or under 18 with the Ring Dinger®. Alternative chiropractic techniques may be recommended if appropriate.
Mild post-treatment soreness can occur as tissues adapt.
Your safety always comes first.
That’s why thorough screening matters.
If we do not believe this approach is suitable,
we will always explain why and discuss alternatives where appropriate.
Because honest advice matters.
