Learning to Notice What the Body Says

Your body constantly offers feedback. Whether it’s fatigue after a poor night’s sleep or a light, energised feeling after movement, the information is always there.

  • Pausing to breathe slowly and deeply when tension builds.
  • Using gentle stretching or walking to ease stiffness.

These habits promote better awareness and actively support the nervous system in maintaining balance.
